1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use and Financial Risk Disclosure (the “Terms”) govern use of the Wall Street Degens platform between the user and CEM KÖZ SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ LTD ŞTİ (the “Provider”). A user who accesses the platform or buys a subscription accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice, the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the Distance Sales Agreement.

3. Nature of the Service

Wall Street Degens is an information and publishing platform that provides daily market news, newsletters, market summaries, research notes, data-driven analysis and similar digital content under a monthly subscription. The service does not include physical product delivery.

4. Membership and Account Security

The user must provide accurate and current information, keep account credentials secure and not share them with third parties. Any suspected unauthorised access or security breach must be reported immediately to can@wallstreetdegens.com. The Provider may restrict access where it suspects misconduct or a breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

The user may not breach platform security, use malware, bypass access restrictions, collect data automatically without permission, or use scraping, crawling or bots to collect content or data. Accounts and content are personal; sharing them with third parties is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The brand, logo, newsletter, research note, text, data compilation, design and other content belong to the Provider or the relevant rightsholders. The user receives only a limited, personal and non-transferable right of use; unauthorised reproduction, publication, distribution, sale and commercial use are prohibited.

7. Financial Risk Disclosure

The platform does not provide investment advisory or investment services. News, comments, analysis, data, charts and research notes are provided for general information, publishing and educational purposes; they are not personalised investment advice prepared with regard to the user’s financial position, objectives or risk preferences.

Financial markets involve price volatility, liquidity, counterparty, regulatory, currency, interest-rate, inflation, macroeconomic, cybersecurity and other risks. Part or all invested capital may be lost in equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, commodities, cryptoassets and other instruments.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Information, opinions, forecasts or scenarios on the platform do not guarantee a particular return or investment outcome, or that loss will be avoided. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

Before a financial transaction, the user should conduct independent research; assess financial circumstances and risk tolerance; and, where necessary, obtain advice from an authorised investment institution or licensed professional. Leveraged transactions and highly volatile instruments can create losses exceeding the invested amount or additional margin risk.

8. Subscription, Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement. The user may cancel the subscription at any time; the fee corresponding to unused remaining days as of receipt of the cancellation request is refunded pro rata. The fee for days supplied before cancellation is not refunded.

9. Service Continuity

Temporary access or delivery delays may occur due to maintenance, security work, force majeure, internet/email infrastructure or third-party service interruptions. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to make the service accessible again.

10. Personal Data, Law and Contact

Personal data are processed under the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice. These Terms are governed by Turkish law; mandatory rights of users acting as consumers are reserved.
