This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is formed electronically between the Provider above and the BUYER purchasing a monthly digital subscription through Wall Street Degens. The BUYER’s name, email, billing and order information are determined according to the records in the payment/order screen.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the BUYER’s access, under the monthly digital subscription purchased via Wall Street Degens, to daily market news, newsletters, market summaries, research notes and other digital content.
3. Nature of the Service
The service does not include physical product delivery. Digital access is provided by activating the subscription account and/or sending daily or periodic content to the registered email address. Content is for general information only and is not investment advisory, portfolio management or personalised investment advice.
4. Price and Payment
The package name, monthly fee, currency, total price including taxes, discount conditions if any, payment method and automatic renewal information are shown in the payment screen before purchase. Payment is collected through an authorised payment institution; sensitive card data such as card number/CVV are not stored by the Provider.
5. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, the subscription is activated as soon as technically possible, normally immediately. The BUYER can access content through the account and receives newsletters at the registered email address. The Provider is not liable for newsletters that cannot be delivered because the BUYER supplied an incorrect/outdated email or because of user-originated email access problems.
6. Subscription, Cancellation and Refund
The BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time from the account or via can@wallstreetdegens.com. If there is automatic renewal, no new charge is made for the following period after the cancellation request.
As of the date the BUYER’s cancellation request is received, the fee corresponding to unused remaining days in the current paid subscription period is refunded pro rata. Fees for days supplied before the cancellation request are not refunded. This commercial refund practice does not restrict a consumer’s mandatory legal rights.
7. Right of Withdrawal
A BUYER acting as a consumer generally has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the agreement is formed. The separate explicit request/consent and pre-contract information required for the digital service to begin before the withdrawal period expires and for statutory exceptions to apply are obtained separately during the purchase flow.
8. Intellectual Property and Use
The subscription is personal. The BUYER may not share the account or content with third parties, reproduce, publish, sell or use the content commercially without permission. Intellectual property rights in platform content belong to the Provider or relevant rightsholders.
9. Disputes and Entry into Force
The consumer arbitration committee, consumer court and other statutory application rights of a BUYER acting as a consumer are reserved. Turkish law applies; mandatory jurisdiction and competence rules are reserved. The Agreement enters into force when the BUYER approves it electronically at the order stage.
