Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and Description of the Service

Wall Street Degens provides daily market news, newsletters, market summaries, research notes and digital content in return for a monthly subscription. There is no physical product delivery; the service is provided electronically through the user account and/or registered email.

3. Digital Delivery

When payment is successfully completed, the subscription is activated as soon as technically possible, normally immediately. Daily newsletters are sent to the registered email address or other digital channels stated on the platform. The user must provide correct and current email information. The Provider is not liable for non-delivery caused by spam filters, a full mailbox or user-originated access problems.

4. Subscription and Renewal

The subscription is monthly. The period begins on the successful payment date and ends on the same date of the following month; if there is no corresponding day, it ends on the last day of that month. If automatic renewal is offered, it is clearly stated in the payment screen and the user may turn it off before the renewal date through the account or via can@wallstreetdegens.com.

5. Cancellation and Pro-rata Refund

The user may cancel the subscription at any time through the subscription-management area of the account or via can@wallstreetdegens.com.

When a subscription is cancelled, the fee corresponding to unused remaining days in the current paid period as of receipt of the cancellation request is refunded pro rata. The service fee for days supplied before the cancellation request is not refunded. No new charge is made for the following period after cancellation.

Example: if a 30-day subscription is cancelled on day 10, the amount corresponding to the unused 20-day period is used as the basis for the refund calculation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Users acting as consumers generally have a right of withdrawal within 14 days in distance service agreements. Since the service can be performed immediately electronically, the pre-contract information and explicit request/consent required for applicable statutory exceptions are obtained separately during the purchase flow. Mandatory rights arising from law are reserved.

7. Refund Process

Refund/withdrawal requests may be sent to can@wallstreetdegens.com with the email used for the subscription and, where possible, the transaction number. Required refunds are made after verification of the request within the period prescribed by law and normally by the original payment method. Posting times may vary due to the bank/payment institution.

8. Technical Interruptions

Temporary delays or interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security, force majeure, third-party infrastructure or email-service problems. Claims of significant, continuing interruption are assessed according to the circumstances of the specific case.
